Synopsis
Sorya, a young Cambodian peasant woman, arrives in the city to work in a factory and support her family, who has just been expropriated from their land. A sensual and musical initiation story in the nights of Pnomh Penh, where the voice of our heroine is lost and revealed to the sound of Cambodian rock guitars. The portrait of a youth caught between traditions and her desire for emancipation.
