In northern Lebanon, an improbable place revives hope : the international Fair of Oscar Niemeyer, yes officially closed to the public. Beyond the ambient chaos of the city of Tripoli, and the crisis that the country is going through, this unknown place authorizes the dreams in a true microcosm. Huge, futuristic, avant-garde buildings stretch over 70 hectares, abandoned between the city and the sea, offer a place of life and hope where Tripolitans and artists from all over the world meet. In a country in decline, with no prospects for the future, the younger generation is left abandoned, facing a bleak destiny. However, revolted by the politician’s indiferrence, young Tripolitans claim their freedom in their way. In this urban, unconventionnal, and humane tale, Spark, Rana and Mona find refuge in the impressive ruins of the international Fair and strive to revive the utopia of coexistence envisioned by architect Oscar Niemeyer, embodying the hope of a better tomorrow, facing the keeper, Maher. Behind those walls, that do not prevent dreams, nor birds from flying another Lebanon is being created.
